Heather is a multifaceted professional who brings a diverse range of experience to the table. She spent 14 years as a successful business owner in the Boise, ID area, working alongside her parents to run a thriving donut shop. During this time, Heather honed her skills in customer service, marketing, and business operations, helping to build a loyal clientele for the family business.

Currently, she serves as a suicide responder for the state of Idaho, providing critical support to those in need.

Heather is also a talented writer and has authored several books in her free time, demonstrating her creativity and passion for exploring different aspects of life. With her diverse skillset and unwavering dedication to excellence, Heather is a valuable asset to any team.

Jon Baker is a highly skilled and accomplished business professional with over 30 years of experience in digital strategy, product management, analytics, program management, and software project management. He recently retired as the Managing Director at Accenture, a top-tier professional services company with a global presence.

He has a proven track record of leveraging data and analytics to drive greater automation and responsiveness at scale, which is essential for the success of digital marketing and commerce.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the skies in his Cirrus SR22. His passion for business and technology, coupled with his expertise and experience, make Jon Baker an invaluable asset to MayaK and our clients.

Tom Supnet

Tom is a man of many talents and experiences, including a diverse background in the US Navy and computer technology. However, his true passion lies in martial arts, specifically Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Tom's love for MMA began when he saw the UFC and started training Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. From there, he managed fighter contracts for Lowell Anderson and Jens Pulver at UFC-22.

Tom has a long history of practicing martial arts, including Shaolin Kung Fu, 20 years of Jiu-Jitsu training, and 17 years of teaching. He is the owner of the Primal Tribe Fighting Club, where he manages and trains MMA athletes.
​
As an MMA official, Tom sees it as a service and an honor to protect the fighters. His goal is to prevent unnecessary damage and to help fighters when they need it.
​
In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his family and socializing with friends. He also enjoys activities like mountain biking, fishing, and learning to play the guitar. Tom's passion for martial arts and dedication to the sport make him a valuable asset to any MMA event.
